Job Description
Education DME/BE in Mechanical or production with minimum 7 yrs to 15 yrs experience in Maintenance Department with similar industry.
JOb Profile
• Knowledge of CNC Trumpf Laser/Plasma cutting, Trumpf CNC Punching-Bending and conveyor type Powder coating.
• Fault finding during production.
• Performing planned and predictive maintenance.
• Assessing need of spare parts
• Multi skilled in basic electrical practices
• Attend to machine breakdowns and solve/diagnose any mechanical / electrical failures
• Conduct weekly testing of emergency generator and fire pumps (sprinkler system)
• To update spares list and monitor stock levels
