Maintenance Engineer ( restaurant )
Maintenance manager in a restaurant chain operation oversees multiple locations, ensuring consistent maintenance standards, minimizing downtime, and supporting the smooth functioning of equipment and infrastructure across all outlets.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee maintenance for multiple outlets within a region
• Implement and monitor preventive maintenance plans across all branches.
• Schedule and supervise maintenance staff or third-party contractors.
• Standardize repair protocols and ensure compliance with corporate maintenance policies.
• Monitor equipment performance and track maintenance KPIs.
• Manage maintenance budgets for all locations and control spare part inventories.
• Conduct routine audits to ensure brand and safety compliance.
• Assist in new outlet setup and facility planning.
Preferred Experience & Skills:
• 10 to 12 years of hands-on maintenance experience in a QSR (Quick Service Restaurant)
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Experience with centralized maintenance tracking systems
• Willingness to travel frequently to multiple restaurant sites.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
