Job Role: MAINTAINANCE EXECUTIVE
This is to inform that the maintenance executive key responsibility has been given in detail and individual is expected to carry out these specific responsibilities within regular clinical hours.
Maintenance is the responsibility and accountability of the maintenance department. It is in charge of the way equipment works and appears, as well as the expenditures associated with achieving the appropriate level of performance.
The goal of maintenance is to maximize the efficiency and availability of production equipment, utilities, and associated facilities while keeping costs low and ensuring quality, safety, and environmental protection.
A maintenance organization has traditionally had a centralized or decentralized structure. The maintenance department is located outside the functional core of production in a centralized organization, where all demands are serviced from a distinct and common foundation.
Four sorts of upkeep:
Corrective, preventive, risk-based, and condition-based maintenance are the four kinds of maintenance philosophies that may be defined.
Maintenance is a function whose goal is to assure the highest level of availability of production equipment, utilities, and associated facilities at the lowest possible cost while maintaining acceptable levels of quality, safety, and environmental protection.
Asset conservation and life expectancy are improved, resulting in the avoidance of premature machinery and equipment replacement.

Role & Responsibilities:
· Maintenance of all the machineries and devices in all operatory locations.
· To install both appliances and equipments.
· To organize maintenance workers’ actions to ensure that the business apace is properly maintained.
· To analyze the required improvisation and take immediate actions on it.
· To make a schedule on maintenance and cleanliness and delegate the work among the workers.
· Maintain daily checklist for the workers.
· To respond to any sort of emergency calls for maintenance.
· Maintenance of all records for the related activities.
· To address and restore the minor repair and damage issues.
· Educate maintenance workers on plans for higher-level enhancements. If needed, notify and arrange additional support.
· To keep check on cleaning activities such as proper cleaning and dusting, etc.
· To check functionality of safety systems and other related equipment’s.
· Maintenance and monitoring the Housekeeping crew.
· Check control panels and wirings to identify issues.
· Inspect and repair all latent damages to the office premise
· Should keep Record of all AMC bills.
· To perform administrative work as per the requirement.

Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
