Job Description
We are currently seeking to appoint a full time Maintenance Fitter located at our Campbellfield site in Victoria. In this role, you will be responsible for carrying out mechanical repairs with a strong focus on planned and predictive maintenance and continuous improvement.

This role is located in Campbellfield, Victoria.
Responsibilities
Ensure safety, health and environmental standards are maintained.
Deliver mechanical maintenance services on site.
Participate in the maintenance program including preventative and corrective maintenance.
Effectively respond to callouts and unplanned maintenance in a timely manner, ensuring minimal downtime.
Undertake tasks associated with maintenance shutdowns including assistance with planning and organising as required.
Manage the preparation, maintenance, and cleaning of production moulds to tight tolerances.
Contribute to the development and implementation of plans to drive continuous improvement.
What you will need to succeed
Trade Qualification - Trade Certificate in Mechanical Fitting with welding and machining competence.
Previous experience with hydraulic and pneumatic systems would be an advantage.
Proven history in mechanical maintenance, repairs, and hydraulics experience.
Willingness to be cross trained in all machinery operations.
Current Fork and Boom Lift licenses.
A good understanding of computer systems, including SAP, would be highly regarded.
Excellent communication ability with strong interpersonal skills.
