We are currently looking for a maintenance support superstar based in South Island.
Our Maintenance team of three manages the maintenance of our 15 assets located across New Zealand.
Role Overview:
Work pattern: Full-time, permanent, 5-day work week, Predominately Mon - Fri (Some weekend work may be required)
Travel Requirements: 75% of the time will be on the road.
Travel Locations: New Zealand-wide
This key role's mission is to ensure that our assets across the country are maintained at the highest possible quality, ensuring the safety and comfort of our guests is always at the heart of what we do.
You will be responsible for a wide range of tasks aimed at ensuring the safety, functionality, and appearance of our facilities. Your dedication and commitment to maintaining a high standard of quality will make a significant impact on our employees and our guests. Some of the key responsibilities/tasks may include:
Perform routine maintenance and repair tasks, including painting, plumbing and carpentry work
Handle basic landscaping and outdoor maintenance
Maintain and repair equipment as needed
Keep accurate records of maintenance carried out
Ensure all Health & Safety protocols are followed
Coordinate with contractors when necessary
Assist in the cleaning of onsite equipment/machinery when required

You will have:
Relevant trade experience
Common Sense
NZ full clean Driver's license
Impeccable presentation, including written, verbal and dress
Right to work in New Zealand
