About the Role:
As Maintenance Supervisor, you’ll ensure smooth operations throughout the hotel. This is a hands-on role for someone self-motivated, multi-skilled, and passionate about guest satisfaction. Ideally, you bring a trade background, with hotel experience being a plus. Your day-to-day duties will include:
Overseeing property upkeep: From grounds and public areas to guest rooms, you’ll help ensure our spaces are in peak condition, providing a seamless experience for guests.
Proactive maintenance: Conduct regular rounds, spotting and addressing issues before they arise to keep all hotel systems running smoothly.
Hands-on tasks: Show your skills in painting, plastering, gibb stopping, joinery, and general maintenance to meet our high standards.
Guest satisfaction: Quickly handle guest maintenance requests, delivering prompt and efficient solutions.
Timely completion of work orders: Manage work orders, prioritizing tasks to ensure no request goes unanswered.

We’re searching for a versatile maintenance pro with expertise in joinery, electrical, or mechanical trades. You’re as flexible as you are skilled, comfortable working 40 hours per week with the availability on weekends and public holidays if maintenance emergencies require. Our ideal candidate is:
