K-Bro Linen Systems is Canada’s Leader in Commercial Laundry Services, and we continue to grow. Our Mississauga facility at 6045 Freemont Blvd is looking for Maintenance Helpers.

Job Responsibilities
Ø Assist with the maintenance and repair of machinery and equipment
Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance tasks
Ø Clean site after completing repairs and return tools/parts to the maintenance shop
Ø Assist in troubleshooting and diagnosing equipment malfunctions
Ø Fabricate and weld parts as needed.
Ø Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment
Ø Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment
Ø Assist in maintaining accurate records in the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS)
Ø Support facilities maintenance as required
Education and Experience
Mechanical or electrical knowledge to include the following:
Ø Basic knowledge in industrial environment or technical school
Ø Minimum 1 year experience.
Ø Strong Verbal and written communication skills in English.
Ø Ability to anticipate and identify problems and use sound judgment.
Required Knowledge and Skills
Ø Strong mechanical knowledge and aptitude
Ø Ability to read and interpret schematics and technical manuals
Ø Basic computer skills
Ø Strong problem-solving skills
Ø Excellent attention to detail
Ø Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
Ø Good physical condition- must be able to lift 50lbs.
Shift
Ø 5 days per week (1 day either Saturday/ Sunday), 8 hours per day
Ø Must be available for any shift, including weekends. (must work either Saturday or Sunday)
Ø Own transportation
Candidates must be legally authorized to work in Canada and hold a valid work permit with a minimum of 12 months’ validity, or permanent resident status.
