Responsibility
Oversee day-to-day operations / processes /New Product Development / Technical Projects
Analyze market strategy and update products as per current competitive market conditions
Analyze competitors methods / technical parameters/cost and work on building technically and commercially superior products
Ensure design and project team productivity and quality
Direct the employee assessment process
Travel Pan India to attend technical meetings with clients as and when needed
