Job Description
We need to develop Injection Maudling Machine and Axillary Equipment interlocking systems to Save Manpower and Electricity Power.
We need to develop Machine Shop Conveyor System to Handling 3 Machine 1 Manpower.
Carrying out breakdown maintenance analysis & counter measurement, developing preventive maintenance schedules & daily checklist to improve efficiency & over productivity of the organization.
Involved in the planning of all maintenance activities and timely submission of MIS Reports.
Result oriented compliance of Preventive Maintenance per month, so as to increase the Mean Time between Failures.
Installation and commissioning of new machines.
Knowledge of basic Hydraulic systems.
Knowledge of basic TPM work.
Spares Planning & procurement for machine maintenance.
Kaizen implementation for achieving Zero Break down, spare cost reduction, cycle time reduction.
Preparing Preventive Maintenance schedule and carrying it.
