An excellent opportunity exists for an enthusiastic and committed all round Maintenance Manager to join our team at Ryde.
To be successful you will need to have excellent maintenance skills and knowledge of most handyman skills including but not limited to building, plumbing, electrical and plastering.
Experience, Knowledge and Qualifications
You don't have to excel at all the trades but be confident to achieve a good standard in most of them.
Any trade experience such as Electrical, Refrigeration, Carpentry, Plumbing, Tiling, Mechanical Engineering and Air Handling will be highly regarded.
As the successful candidate you will be able to provide evidence of the following:
Knowledge of OH&S
Having worked in a professional and customer service environment
Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
Very good interpersonal skills
A pro-active approach to identifying maintenance issues
Reliable
A police check and working with Children check is required.
This is a full-time position and hours can be worked across a 7 day week roster which will be negotiated with you if successful.
