Job Description
Candidate should be diploma in Electrical Maintenance with having at least 8 years of experience especially on Manufacturing of Pipe & Forged Fitting sector will be prioritize.
Should have good problem solving skill.
1. Develop and implement a preventive maintenance program to minimize downtime and extend equipment life.
2. Schedule and oversee routine maintenance tasks, inspections, and repairs.
3. Ensure all machinery and equipment are in good working condition and meet safety standards.
4. Coordinate with production and engineering teams to address equipment needs and upgrades.
5. Manage and lead a team of maintenance technicians and staff.
6. Provide training, support, and performance evaluations to ensure team effectiveness.
7. Diagnose equipment malfunctions and oversee prompt repairs.
8. Ensure availability of necessary spare parts and tools for maintenance tasks.

10. Conduct regular safety audits and training sessions to promote a safe working environment.
11. Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities, including work orders, equipment logs, and maintenance schedules.
