POSITION SUMMARY
Visually inspect tools, equipment, or machines to identify any potential issues that may require maintenance or repair.
Demonstrate skillfulness in a minimum of three of the following specializations, superior abilities in three more of the subsequent skills, and essential capabilities in the residual specializations: air conditioning and refrigeration, electrical work, mechanical repairs, plumbing, pneumatic or electronic control systems, carpentry and finishing techniques, handling kitchen equipment, vehicles, energy efficiency, and/or general building operations.
Exhibit commendable skills and knowledge concerning the safe application of manual and power tools, and other materials utilized while performing maintenance and repair tasks. Perform complex repairs on plumbing, electrical, mechanical, and physical property, including air-conditioning systems, heating systems, refrigeration, and pool heaters to meet local and national codes and specific company requirements.
Exhibit the ability to perform Engineer on Duty duties, such as readings and rounds, demonstrating skill and competence in the role.
Always give a warm welcome to guests as per the company's standards and be prepared to fulfill their service needs. Attend to the disabled individuals with utmost care and attention and thank them sincerely before they leave. Strive to meet the quality expectations and standards of the company.

Candidates must possess a minimum of two years of experience in hotel engineering/maintenance.
Supervisory Experience:
No supervisory experience.
