Maintenance Mechanic
Hiring Industrial Maintenance Mechanic in Boulder, CO
Join our team as an Industrial Maintenance Technician at our state-of-the-art manufacturing facility. In this critical role, you will ensure the smooth operation and maintenance of our manufacturing equipment and systems, contributing to the production of life-saving products.
Pay: $28.00hr - $32.00hr (based on experience/opportunity for advancement)
Shift: 2nd shift, Monday-Friday, 2:45PM-10:45PM
Qualifications:
• 1+ years of industrial maintenance experience
• Able to maintain, repair, and replace all mechanical systems/components as needed
• Experience reading blueprints/drawings/schematics
Job Description:
• Allocate 30-50% of time on PMs, 50% on emergency work orders, and the rest on projects as needed
• Preventive Maintenance: Perform regular preventive maintenance on production equipment to minimize downtime and ensure optimal performance.
• Equipment Repairs: Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems and components.
• Installation: Assist with the installation and commissioning of new machinery and equipment.
• Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety regulations and guidelines, ensuring a safe working environment for all employees.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including repairs, preventive maintenance, and equipment modifications.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and equipment upgrades to enhance efficiency and productivity.
• Collaboration: Work closely with production, engineering, and quality teams to address equipment issues and support manufacturing operations.
