About The Opportunity
We’re looking for an experienced Maintenance Mechanic Candidate. You will have the opportunity to work with an experienced and highly motivated team. The role will be processed based and will have a focus on supporting and performing all aspects necessary for the maintenance of the equipment used in the manufacturing of components and the repair and construction within the facility.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
• Installs, services and maintains the operating condition of all the facilities equipment
• Determines the reasons for equipment failure
• Makes routine, periodic or special inspections to determine the necessity of the repair and maintenance of the plant machinery and equipment
• Uses manufacturer drawings and specifications, installation, layouts, and sketches to facilitate internal repairs of less than major repairs
• Acts as subject matter expert and shares knowledge willingly with other employees
• Assists with training other employees and fosters a team environment
• Follows all applicable safety rules and precautions and maintains a neat and orderly work area
• Performs other job-related duties as assigned
Required Qualifications
• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 4+ years of experience in Maintenance Mechanic, or related field.
• Experience with reading and interpreting blueprints and technical drawings.
• Proficiency in English language, both verbal and written.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience in precision manufacturing equipment.
• Experience in Fanuc, Haas and Yasnac controls.
• Mechanical aptitude and ability to diagnose and repair.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Ability to operate maintenance shop equipment.
• Adaptable to changing business needs and skilled in problem-solving.
