HS/GED and 4-8 years hands-on experience in a manufacturing or maintenance setting required
Valid driver‘s license
Must be detail-oriented and have proven organizational and problem-solving skills, as well as a demonstrated ability to prioritize multiple tasks while maintaining timeliness and accuracy
Ability to communicate verbally and in writing at all levels inside and outside the organization
Basic familiarity with Microsoft Excel and Google Suite (G Suite)

The industrial reliability technician is responsible for testing and troubleshooting machines and equipment for proper functioning during production and being able to respond quickly when issues arise
They will act as the technical representative for Pro Services at the customer site and will be required to interact with both customer maintenance staff and maintenance leadership
This position requires a strong focus on quality and safety
The position requires the ability to work flexible shifts and adapt to a changing work schedule
This position will report to either a Pro Services Account Manager or Program Manager and could have an additional reporting relationship with customer site maintenance leadership
