Key responsibilities include:
Adjusting repairs and troubleshooting all facilities plumbing systems and applications to ensure seamless functionality.
Performing preventive maintenance on systems and maintaining applicable log books to guarantee optimal performance.
Conducting walk-through inspections of domestic water systems, including water booster pumps, gauges, and boiler temperature readings to identify potential issues.
Repairing showers, sinks, toilets, water booster pumps, and on-site facilities to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
