Tool and die technology/technician. or equivalent experience. Work setting: Machinery installation. Maintenance. Repair. Overhaul. Machine set-up. Manufacturing or production. Tasks: Detect and troubleshoot irregularities and malfunctions. Repair or replace defective machinery parts. Fabricate parts required during overhaul, maintenance or set-up. Perform routine maintenance work on machinery. Operate machining tools to fabricate parts. Installing machinery and equipment. Operate hoisting and lifting equipment. Read and interpret blueprints, maps, drawings and specifications. Certificates, licences, memberships, and courses : Hoisting and Rigging Training. Forklift Operator Certification. Type of materials: Plastic. Computer and technology knowledge: MS Office. Welding techniques: Robotic equipment and systems. Equipment and machinery experience: Automated and robotic system. Conveyor. Electrical and electronic controls. Fans and blowers. Heat exchangers. High speed packaging equipment. Hydraulic system. Lathes and other machining tools. Pneumatic system. Power tools.
