Maintenance Operations Specialist
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Facilities Coordinator to join our team at Sheraton Imperial Kuala Lumpur Hotel. As a key member of the hotel's facilities management team, you will be responsible for ensuring that all aspects of the hotel's facilities operations are running smoothly and efficiently.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineering and maintenance, with experience in supervising staff and managing budgets. They will be responsible for overseeing the coordination of maintenance activities, including scheduling and monitoring work orders, managing inventory, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
Additionally, the successful candidate will possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues across different departments. They will also be proactive in identifying areas for improvement and implementing cost-saving initiatives to enhance the hotel's overall efficiency.
