Job Description
You will:
Identify and respond to maintenance requests as required on the sites we support (e.g carpentry, painting, patching or general troubleshooting)
Carry out and ensure all planned preventative maintenance checks are completed as per schedules
Work with other members of the GMC team and contractors to ensure works are attended to and completed to a high standard
Conduct regular inspections around the facility you are working on (eg school, office) to rectify any maintenance defects and issues
Complete maintenance administration items, including using our job management system (ServiceM8), and potentially responding to emails, raising work orders and updating records
Enjoy connecting with the tenants, occupants and employees of the facility you're working at
