Job Position: MEP – Hotel Maintenance

Qualification: 12th/ ITI / Diploma / Degree (Electrical and Plumbing)
Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Maintenance Technician (MST) who will be available 24x7 on-site at the hotel property. Accommodation will be provided by the company.
Key Responsibilities:
• Plumbing: Pipe fittings, leak repairs, washroom maintenance
• Electrical: Wiring, light fittings, circuit repair
• Painting: Minor touch-ups
• Patch Work: Wall repair
• Utility Maintenance: Inspection and servicing of HVAC, generator, pumps, etc.
• Perform daily inspections and maintain proper records
• Ensure timely repairs and adherence to safety standards
Required Qualifications and Skills:
• 12th Paas, ITI / Diploma / Degree in Electrical or Mechanical
• 1.5 years of maintenance experience
• Basic knowledge of utilities and repairs
• Ability to work with tools and equipment
• Teamwork and problem-solving skills
• Willingness to work 24x7 on-site
