Delivering 4 Customers (D4C) is a consortium comprising of industry leading Tier 1 organisations - John Holland, Service Stream and WSP. We are helping our client, Sydney Water, to deliver a $34 billion dollar program over a 10-year contract, providing design, construction, maintenance and facilities management services across their southern region - from Bondi to Gerringong, and out to the Georges River National Park

About the opportunity
This position is an onsite role responsible for the coordination and planning of the department's resources, directing all activity necessary for the efficient and effective provision of the planning and delivery of Operational and/or Facilities Maintenance services.
Key accountabilities
Coordination of planned/preventative maintenance programs for Operational Maintenance /Facilities Management with the aim of ensuring that maintenance planning/dispatching are effectively utilised to facilitate optimum efficiency of the Maintenance teams and subcontractor base.
Communicate with D4C, and client stakeholders to ensure response to all maintenance tasks are attended safely and promptly.
Identify opportunities to improve the efficiency and performance of the Sydney Water contract, including working with Sydney Water stakeholders to improve the preventative maintenance programs and drive self perform of maintenance tasks.
Coordinate planned/preventative maintenance programs for the Maintenance team, with the aim of ensuring that maintenance management systems are effectively utilised to facilitate optimum efficiency of the Maintenance team
Drive the efficient delivery of the weekly works program
Monitoring of vehicles and mobile plant maintenance associated with the contract and reporting to Maintenance leads discrepancies.
Ensure that all work requests are attended within required timeframe.
Organise any additional equipment required to respond to priority work orders, Vacuum Trucks, Bypass Pumps, Generators, Cranes, Gas Specialist.
Develop and maintain efficient, effective filing and data processing systems to ensure user-friendly retrieval of information.
Ability to provide coverage and be available to the ECC (Sydney Water Emergency Control Centre) during 24/7 wet weather events where triggered by Sydney Water.
About you
Trade background within a maintenance environment
Proven experience in a similar position (water industry desired)
Demonstrated problem solving in stressful and tense situations
Proven skills in analysing data, identifying problems, and preparing response strategies
Sound knowledge of computer maintenance management systems
Experience working to strict set of quality requirements
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word/Excel/Outlook)
