Boiler license and pool certification (or ability to obtain within +0 days of hire)
Must possess valid drivers license

Experience with painting, wood finishing, cement finishing and rubber roofing helpful
Advanced plumbing skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Basic carpentry skills
Knowledge of all required tools and equipment
Able to learn basic HVAC equipment and computer
Mechanically inclined
Sensitivity to various cultures, including Native American cultures
Regular attendance and punctuality
