- Inspect, diagnose, and repair plumbing systems, fixtures, and equipment (e.g., pipes, valves, faucets, drains, water heaters, pumps).
- Carry out routine preventive maintenance to minimize breakdowns and ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Install new plumbing systems, fixtures, and appliances as required.
- Respond promptly to plumbing-related service requests and emergencies.
- Identify potential issues and recommend long-term solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and system conditions.
- Ensure compliance with building codes, health & safety regulations, and company policies.
- Collaborate with other maintenance staff, contractors, and management to ensure efficient facility operations.
