Rivercrest Apartment Community is now seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician to join our team. Candidates must have good reasoning, problem-solving skills, excellent customer service skills, and a positive team-player attitude.
Maintenance Technician Responsibilities & Duties
• Assist with maintenance improvement projects
• Maintain the upkeep and repair of the property and grounds
• Assist with periodic inspections of the property and apartments
• Prepare vacant apartments for occupancy
• Perform work order requests
• Complete seasonal maintenance such as maintaining sprinkling systems, pool area, and snow removal
