Reporting to Maintenance Planning Manager the position includes the following responsibilities:
Manage the receipting, storage, and dispatch of maintenance parts and materials
Maintain accurate inventory records using systems such as SAP (or similar)
Conduct regular stocktakes and cycle counts
Ensure timely availability of parts to support maintenance schedules
Liaise with suppliers and internal stakeholders regarding orders and deliveries
Maintain a clean, organised, and safe store environment
Monitor stock levels and raise purchase requisitions as required
Ensure compliance with safety procedures and company policies

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate:
Previous experience in a storeperson/warehouse/inventory role (maintenance or industrial environment preferred)
Experience using inventory systems (SAP experience highly regarded)
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced operational environment
Good communication skills and ability to liaise with multiple stakeholders
Forklift licence (desirable)
Commitment to safety and continuous improvement
