Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the maintenance activities of our factory. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to lead a team.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Daily Factory Rounds: Conduct daily rounds of the factory to identify machine status and potential issues.
2. Machine Maintenance: Analyze and solve machine-related problems, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal productivity.
3. Team Supervision: Supervise and guide helpers and electricians to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
4. Procurement: Source required machine parts from vendors or internal stores.
5. IT Support: Collaborate with the head of department to resolve IT-related issues.
6. Documentation: Prepare and maintain documents related to maintenance activities.
7. Planning: Develop and execute plans for machine maintenance, civil work, and other maintenance-related activities in consultation with the head of department.
8. Reporting: Provide daily reports and MIS to the head of department.

10. Project Management: Prepare projects and budgets related to maintenance activities.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
- Proven experience in maintenance supervision
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with IT systems and software
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment
