Job Description
Key Responsibilities:Supervisory & Operational Duties:
Supervise and coordinate the activities of the maintenance team, including technicians, electricians, and plumbers.
Assign tasks and ensure the timely completion of maintenance and repair work.
Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas to identify maintenance needs.
Train and mentor maintenance staff on best practices, safety protocols, and equipment use.
Maintenance & Repairs:
Oversee and perform routine maintenance tasks, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry work.
Ensure timely response to maintenance requests from guests, housekeeping, and other departments.
Monitor and troubleshoot mechanical systems such as elevators, boilers, air conditioning, and heating units.
Coordinate with external contractors for major repairs and renovations when necessary.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
