Maintenance Supervisor (Mechanical / Electrical)

Job Title: Maintenance Supervisor Location: Sharjah, UAE

We are committed to delivering high-quality products through innovation, precision, and teamwork. We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Maintenance Supervisor to ensure the smooth operation of our machinery and equipment.

Supervise and lead a team of maintenance technicians to ensure optimal functioning of machinery and equipment.

Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to reduce downtime and enhance machine longevity.

Conduct regular inspections of the factory, equipment, and machinery to promptly identify and resolve issues.

Collaborate with production and engineering teams to prioritize maintenance requirements and schedule repair downtime efficiently.

Manage spare parts inventory and coordinate with procurement to ensure timely replenishment.

Troubleshoot hydraulic, mechanical, and electrical issues; Oversee the maintenance of factory infrastructure, including electrical systems, plumbing, HVAC, and general facility upkeep.

Respond to emergency or after-hours maintenance calls responsibly and efficiently.

Bachelors degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.

Proven experience in maintenance supervision, preferably within a manufacturing environment.

Extensive hands-on experience with sheet metal fabrication, joinery, and glass processing machinery.

Laser cutting machines

CNC routers

Bending machines

Welding machines

Excellent leadership and team management skills.

Minimum 2-3 years of experience in machine maintenance or more.
