Job Summary
Springdale Post Acute is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Maintenance Supervisor to join our dynamic healthcare plant team. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring the smooth operation and upkeep of our facility by performing routine maintenance, troubleshooting equipment issues, and supporting various repair projects. Your energetic approach and technical expertise will contribute to creating a safe, efficient, and well-maintained environment for our patients, their families, and our staff. Responsibilities
Conduct routine inspections of building interior / exterior, building systems, machinery, and equipment to identify maintenance needs and prevent potential issues.
Assist with repairs involving electrical systems, plumbing, HVAC units, and mechanical components.
Perform basic carpentry work as required to support facility upkeep.
Operate tools and other diagnostic devices to troubleshoot electrical circuits and mechanical systems.
Support residential painting projects and general facilities maintenance tasks to enhance the building’s appearance and functionality.
Utilize software applications to document work orders, track maintenance activities, and schedule preventative work.
Requirements
Experience with facilities maintenance or related fields.
Proficiency in electrical, plumbing, painting, minor carpentry, and AC repairs
Strong mechanical knowledge complemented by familiarity with electrical systems, and troubleshooting techniques.
Ability to obtain a AZDPS Fingerprint Clearance Card.
Excellent communication skills in English for clear documentation and team collaboration.
Customer service mindset to effectively address internal client needs and ensure satisfaction.
