Able to complete any task given related to facility maintenance demonstrating expertise in plumbing and general carpentry and numerous tasks involved in facility related issues. Demonstrating the ability to read mechanical drawings and electrical schematics, while serving as either a mechanical or technical SME. Typically, 6-10 years of experience.
Primary Duties & Responsibilities
• Work safely under functional safety guidelines such as PPE and equipment interaction.
• Mechanical-Able to diagnose and repair most any CNC mechanical issues such as turret and spindle alignments, pull and replace ball screws, hydraulic & Pneumatic issues, and most any mechanical issues.
• Electrical: Able to read and understand electrical drawings ladder logic/relay logic and use in troubleshooting.
• Perform Preventive Maintenance according to schedule.
• Able to identify electrical components such as relays, micro switches and proximity sensors.
• Able to read and understand electronic drawings and use this information and troubleshoot various types of machines such as CNC lathes and mills, induction heaters and laser markers.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose any NC control or servo drive issues.
• Interface with manufacturers online tech support when needed.
