Volt is NOW HIRING a Maintenance Technician in beautiful Rancho Santa Margarita, CA !
As a Maintenance Technician you will:
• Troubleshoot and repair CNC Machines, EDM, compressors, dryers, manual mills and lathes, and welding equipment
• Perform preventive maintenance on all systems, including pneumatics and hydraulics
• Provide forklift service and assist with machine moving and leveling
• Conduct electrical troubleshooting and diagnose issues with motor controls, DC controls, AC controls, and CNC controls
• Perform preventative and predictive maintenance to keep our operations running smoothly
• Expertly change sprockets, belts, and bearings to keep our machinery in top shape
• Service a variety of equipment including exhaust fans, compressors, dryers, welding equipment, and more
The ideal candidate will have:
• 3+ years of experience troubleshooting and repairing a diverse range of machinery including CNC machines, compressors, and welding equipment, while also conducting preventive maintenance.
• Experience troubleshooting CNC machines, wiring machinery, and making repairs to electrical components
• Experience with motor controls, both DC and AC
• Maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment
• Proficiency in mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
• Ability to read and interpret schematic diagrams
• Familiarity with material handling equipment, electrical, plumbing, and maintenance procedures
• Pre-employment background check and drug test required
Schedule: Monday - Friday 1st Shift: 5AM-2:30PM with Opportunity for OT on Saturdays
Pay rate: $28.00-35.00/per hour
• Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
