Lords is hiring for Maintanance Technician for EV and commercial vehicles. A Technician in the electric vehicle (EV) industry is responsible for maintaining, repairing, and troubleshooting EV-related systems, including batteries, motors, inverters, and charging infrastructure. They perform routine maintenance, diagnose and resolve issues, and ensure EV systems operate efficiently and safely.
Position : Maintanance Technician
Location : Haryana, Narnoul
Key Responsibilities:
• Troubleshooting and Repair:
Identify and resolve problems with EV components, such as batteries, motors, inverters, and charging systems.
• Preventative Maintenance:
Perform routine checks and maintenance tasks to prevent breakdowns and optimize vehicle performance.
• Record Keeping:
Maintain accurate records of all service and repair activities.
• Customer/ Dealer Interaction:
Communicate effectively with customers / Dealer about service needs and vehicle issues.
• Technical Support:
Provide technical support to customers and dealers, including troubleshooting and guidance.
• Collaboration:
Work with cross-functional teams, including software engineers, and manufacturing teams.
• Quality Control:
Ensure that all service and repair work adheres to quality standards and safety regulations.
Qualifications:
• Education: A relevant degree or diploma in electrical/mechanical engineering or a related field is preferred.
• Skills: Strong technical skills in electrical and mechanical systems, proficiency in troubleshooting and diagnosing EV components, and good communication skills.
• Experience: Experience in automotive service or a related field is a plus.
• Knowledge: Familiarity with EV technologies, including battery management systems (BMS), electric motors, and charging infrastructure.
• Certifications: EV-specific certifications can be beneficial.
• After- sales experience followed by a sales stint will be an added advantage.
• Strong product knowledge, Communication & analytical skills.
• Working knowledge of Excel & PowerPoint.
• Must be open to travel PAN Mumbai & other location if required
