Full job description
ELECTRICAL

· L T Panel voltage reading

· DG on/off system status auto manual

· DG Diesel

· Coolant off D.G

· All main panels spares should be off

· APFC panels spares should be off

· UPS system check –up

· Fire system check up

· All floor DB check –Up

PLUMBING

· Checking all duct vaulve

· Pump room check –up

· Domestic water pump check –up auto/manual

· Drinking water pump check-up auto/manual

· Fire pump On/Off

MGPS

· MGPS medical gas piping system check -up

· Compressor check –up

· Vaccum Pump check-up

· Oxygen plant system check –up with cylinder

· Suction pump check up

AC

· A.C System check-up

· Outdoor supply from panel ON /OFF

· Floor DB’S MCB ON /OFF

· Switch

· In each room should be on ( Only for A,C)

· A.C Cooling satisfactory

LIFT

· Check all MCB of ELE in on position

· Check lighting inside the elevators

· Check intercom telephones working or not

DEWATERING PUMP IN BASEMENT

· Check all MCB of DE watering system in position

· DE Watering water check –up auto/Manual

Follow up

· Contractor

· Vendors

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
