Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Maintenance Technician located in Fall River, MA. The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for performing day-to-day equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and industrial maintenance. Duties include maintaining and repairing machinery to ensure optimal performance and safety, conducting regular inspections, and diagnosing issues promptly to prevent equipment downtime.
Qualifications
• Skills in Equipment Maintenance and Industrial Maintenance
• Experience in Troubleshooting and Maintenance & Repair
• Ability to perform Preventive Maintenance to ensure machinery longevity
• Strong problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training or certifications are a plus
• Previous experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting is beneficial
