Job Description
The primary objective is to be completely responsible for the electrical and mechanical maintenance of overall plant & Utility equipment, attend to equipment breakdowns, timely identification of cause of equipment breakdown and reduce unnecessary downtime and related losses.
Be in charge of regular inspection of equipment and implement equipment maintenance plan.
To prepare purchase plan of spare parts.
Roles & Responsibilities • Assure daily operation is in line with HSE requirement and OE std. • Keep good housekeeping in Maintenance stores & maintenance room. • Responsible for the entire plant high and low voltage distribution cabinet operation and maintenance, carried out to stop transmission switching operation according to maintenance requirements. • Implement the mechanical & Electrical maintenance activities with respect to the preventive and predictive maintenance plan • Responsible for factory fire-fighting system, the water system, Lifting Tackle, monitoring system, generator, monitoring system, generator, and regular inspection of central air conditioner. • Responsible for some of the files management, SAP and maintenance records and updates. • To improve functioning of cooling towers, transformers, DG, compressor, STP, ETP, RO systems, DE, FE, CVS system and other plant utilities. • Maintain relevant documentation as per the ISO +001:2015, EMS 14001:2015 and IATF 16+4+:2016 standards • Performs the duties of the Handover in the maintenance department
