Job Description
Manage and supervise all maintenance and repair activities of the building, including electrical, and general upkeep.
Coordinate with external vendors and contractors for specialized repairs and services.
Conduct regular inspections to identify any potential issues or safety hazards and take appropriate actions to address them.
Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities, including work orders, invoices, and warranties.
Respond promptly to any emergency situations, such as power outages or water leaks, and take necessary measures to resolve them.
Collaborate with other departments, such as security and housekeeping, to ensure seamless operations.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹13,000.00 per month
