Job Descriptions
Maintenance Technician Responsibilities: Inspecting buildings, equipment, and systems to identify any issues. Repairing faulty equipment units and damaged structures. Developing and implementing preventative maintenance procedures. Installation and uninstallation of AC and repair. Planning and scheduling repairs. Conducting periodic quality checks on equipment and systems to ensure everything is up to standard. Helping develop and implement the budget for the maintenance department. Maintenance Technician Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent qualification. A minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role. In-depth knowledge of AC, fridge, washing machine, microwave, and other electrical equipment. Understanding of general maintenance procedures and techniques.
