Hour of Operation: 11:00 PM - 10:00 AM
Summary Installs, maintains, and repairs debone machinery and equipment by performing the following duties.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Repairs debone equipment.
Welds stainless steel equipment.
Takes care of hydraulic unit, vacuum units, kic air blowing equipment and offal pits.
Monitors hydraulic fluid level.
Set up, tear down and wash beehive rotors and screens.
Must be able to operate Powered Industrial Equipment to include but not limited to, a forklift,
scissor lift, pallet jack etc.
This is a safety sensitive position.

Education And/or Experience
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.
Mathematical Skills
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
Reasoning Ability
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
