Responsibilities
This position will work daytime hours Monday through Friday, with some on-call work as necessary on nights, weekends, and holidays
The Electro-Mechanical Technician will be able to maintain and repair equipment related to the operation of a manufacturing facility
This individual is required to reduce downtime, respond to equipment failures and be able to conduct preventive maintenance
Maintenance and repair of equipment related to the operation of a gelatine manufacturing facility including mechanical, plumbing, pipefitting, welding, rigging, and machining
Advanced Electronic/Instrumentation Troubleshooting/Repair
Maintain, troubleshoot and repair Process Logic Control (PLC) Systems
Follow company safety policies and procedures while maintaining equipment
Maintain a clean maintenance shop by keeping good sanitation, housekeeping, and GMP standards
Ammonia refrigeration troubleshooting/repair
Utility troubleshooting/repair (ie
