A minimum of 2 years of experience in a maintenance technician role
Extensive knowledge of machines and tools, including their designs, uses, repair, and maintenance
Strong mechanical skills with proven ability to troubleshoot and repair equipment
Solid understanding of electrical systems with the ability to diagnose and fix electrical problems
Proficiency in performing preventive maintenance to minimize machine downtime
Ability to interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints

Responsibilities
Performing regular preventive maintenance on machines, equipment, and plant facilities to ensure optimal operation
Diagnosing and repairing mechanical issues including pneumatics, hydraulics, bearings, chains, belts, gearboxes, etc
Troubleshooting and repairing electrical issues including sensors, relays, power supplies, drives, and a variety of AC and DC circuitry
Reading and interpreting equipment manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance and service
Complying with safety regulations and maintaining clean and orderly work areas
