About The Role
The In-House Service Engineer is to provide a range of services from Inspection, Troubleshoot, Repair and Calibration of Remote Visual Inspection (RVI products).
Essential Responsibilities
• Repair and Calibration of RVI products (Industrial Borescope)
• Ensure that the assigned task is executed in a timely fashion and in line with Service Center expectations and requirements.
• Timely execution and completion of standard service reports, quotations, and other administrative requirements.
• Good verbal and written English communication skills.
• Demonstrate EHS mindset and compliance.
• Commitment to quality and service to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Deliver reports and output documents within defined time within good quality after job execution.
To Be Successfull
• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Mechanical or Electronics/Electrical Engineering
• Have 1 years? experience with similar industry (Open for fresh graduate)
• Knowledge in troubleshooting and repairing of optical or inspection equipment would be an advantage.
• Hands on experience of mechanical and electronics repairs
• Experience in the use of electronic measuring instruments i.e. multimeters, scopes etc.
• Knowledge of analog and digital technology
• Excellent problem-solving skills and able to articulate issues by breaking them down to bite size chunks to elaborate on the method used to resolve it.
• Other day to day tasks
• Strong customer focus and a passion for service
• Ability to communicate with internal as well as external stakeholders.
• Able to work with minimal supervision.
• Team player
• Able to work in an In-house environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Desire to learn and Fast learner.
