OB SCOPE
We are on the hunt for a talented and reliable maintenance technician to join our maintenance department. In this position, your chief responsibility is to preserve the excellent condition and functionality of our business premises. Your duties will include conducting quality assessments, scheduling repairs, maintaining inventory, and developing preventative maintenance procedures.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :
· Install, repairs, and maintains machinery and mechanical equipment by completing preventive maintenance.
· Inspecting workspace, equipment, and systems to identify any issues.
· Repairing faulty equipment units and damaged structures.
· Developing and implementing preventative maintenance procedures.
· Dismantles machinery and removes/replaces defective parts.
· Planning and scheduling repairs.
· Conducting periodic quality checks on equipment and systems to ensure everything is up to standard.
· Performing general maintenance tasks, including landscaping, painting, and carpentry.
· Helping develop and implement the budget for the maintenance department.
· Maintaining the inventory records for equipment and supplies.
· Install appliances and equipment
· Perform minor fixes such as repairing broken locks, filling gaps on walls etc.
· Conduct regular inspections of equipment, machinery, and facilities to identify and address any maintenance needs or issues.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
· Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
· Advanced understanding of general maintenance procedures and techniques.
· Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
· Physically capable and available to work all the shifts.
· Ability to operate machinery and technical equipment
· In-depth knowledge of system maintenance
· Ability to lift and move heavy equipment
· Familiarity with safety standards and regulations
· Skilled in analysing information and creating reports
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
