**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled and resourceful Maintenance Team Member to join our team at Rendezvous Hotel Heritage Queenstown. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing a range of maintenance tasks, including plumbing, carpentry, painting, and planting.

This is an excellent opportunity for a practical and independent individual who is able to think on their feet and solve problems with ease. If you have a positive attitude, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work well in a team environment, we would love to hear from you.

**Key Responsibilities:**

Performing necessary repairs and maintenance tasks

Actioning preventative maintenance schedules

Monitoring CAPEX projects

Conducting inventory control

Liaising with contractors
