Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Dual Hotel Maintenance Person to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and repairing equipment and facilities to ensure smooth operations.
Responsibilities:
- Perform facilities maintenance tasks including electrical, welding, and fabrication work
- Conduct routine inspections to identify and resolve issues
- Maintain and repair mechanical systems
- Supervise maintenance staff when necessary
- Interpret schematics and work with logic controllers
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations
- Conducting routine maintenance in hotel rooms, lobbies, and facilities.
- Report major repair needs to the General Manager
Experience:
The ideal candidate should possess the following skills and qualifications:
- Experience in facilities maintenance, electrical work, and mechanical knowledge
- Ability to weld, fabricate, and maintain equipment
- Proficiency in English for effective communication
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Supervisory experience is a plus
- Familiarity with schematics and logic controller
- Managing 2 hotels maintenance.Total guest rooms are 238.
