Telford, PA
Job Summary
28-34/hr DOE with Benefits/PTO
Responsible for all aspects of Maintenance including but not limited to rotogravure printing presses, blown film extruders, slitters, bag making machinery and all ancillary equipment.
Responsibilities
• Maintain and repair building systems: HVAC, plumbing, refrigeration, etc.
• Maintain and repair electrical systems: (change lightbulbs, clean and repair circuit breakers)
• Ensure fitness and safety of all electrical and mechanical systems through routine testing
• Troubleshoot issues and repair all production machinery
• Inspect alarm systems (Fire and protection) and schedule repairs when needed
• Perform pest control such as spraying insecticide
• Perform manual repairs (fix locks, replace windows) when needed
Essential Skills/Knowledge
• A strong electrical aptitude
• Ability to read electrical control schematics
• Ability to read mechanical drawings
• Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician and a working knowledge of maintenance processes and methods.
• Mechanically inclined and understand how to use a variety of tools, common appliances and devices
• A basic understanding of HVAC, hydraulic and plumbing systems
Experience/Qualifications
• CMRP Certification – Certified Maintenance and Reliability Professional
• HVAC Certification
• Building Maintenance Technology Certification
• Knowledge of PLC’s (Programmable Logic Controllers)
• 8-10 years of experience in a manufacturing setting.
Physical Demands
• Stand for long periods of time
• Be able to lift 50 or more pounds
• Be able to bend, crawl and climb
