Position: Malayalam Customer Service Executive
Location: Turbhe, Navi Mumbai
Qualifications: HSC or above
Salary: Upto 17k

Requirements:
• Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in an outsourcing/offshoring environment.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills In English and Malayalam
Responsibilities:
• Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a polite and professional manner.
• Resolving customer complaints and issues promptly and effectively.
• Providing accurate information to customers regarding company products and services.
