Corporate Human Resources required for A bank in Mumbai Western Suburbs Level ; upto AVP level depending on experience of the candidateCandidate should have good personality and communication skillsMBA In HR a mustIndividual Contributor for the corporate banking division.Key Responsibilities: Managing end to end HR activities for the Business Units under the Corporate HR Department domain of Corporate Banking 1.Talent Acquisition & Manpower Planning: (70% of responsibility)a.Manage the manpower planning for the Business Units.b.Manage the entire Talent Acquisition Process for Senior, Middle and Junior management bands cross the assigned domain. c.Ensure timely execution of the manpower requisitions within the set time lines.d.Develop recruitment strategies for mass / niche hiring requirements.e.Work closely with the Business Units for workforce planning, restructuring & succession planning. f.Conduct campus recruitment drives for Management Trainees and plan their 1 year on the job training program.2.Other HR functions: (70% of responsibility)a.Handle employee grievances.b.Conducting Exit interviews, discussing with the line managers various outcomes of the same.c.Ensuring timely execution of confirmations and transfers within the business units.d.Preparing of productivity reports for the Branch Operations teamse.Preparing monthly MIS in terms of cost and count for various business units.f.Employee Engagement activities Preferably from BFSI industry (Banks,Insurance,Investment,Finance co's etc)Male preferred -5 to 8yrs exp
