Location: Primarily Remote; requires 1–2 onsite days per week (Houston, TX), 77030

Job Description:
• Impacts the proper utilization of EHR system throughout the institution.
• Provides advanced technical support for the implementation and maintenance of electronic health record (EHR) system.
Job Function
• Provides expertise and leadership in the coordination of assigned application(s).
• Reviews software analyzes business operations and collaborates with subject matter experts to tailor EHR system to fit institution needs.
• Performs in-depth analyses of workflows, data collection, report details and other technical components associated with the use of EHR software.
• Ensures implementation of key decisions across application(s).
• Participate in the development and implementation of policies and procedures. Facilitates resolution to complex issues.
• Assists in developing, implementing and supporting special projects.
Education Required:
• Bachelor's degree.
Experience Required:
• 5 years’ experience of Epic software/domain/software systems implementation/support or business systems process analysis/design.
Preferred Experience:
• Epic experience focused on configuration of ambulatory clinical documentation such as note templates and familiar with supporting outpatient clinical workflows.
• Experience with build / configuration of Epic Ambient listening integration and onboarding of providers.
• Epic Ambulatory Certification required.
• Responsibilities include documentation, note templates, workflow support, and ticketing system experience.
• Ambient listening experience is a plus, but not mandatory.
