About Us:
Eclipse Care and Support is a registered NDIS provider delivering high-quality, person-centred supports across Adelaide. We are currently seeking a reliable and friendly Male Disability Support Worker to support a young participant with a physical disability.
Position Details:
Type: Part-Time / Casual
Shifts Available:
Monday to Friday: 7:00 AM – 9:30 AM
Monday to Friday: 3:00 PM – 6:00 PM
About the Role:
You will be supporting a young participant who uses a wheelchair. This role focuses on companionship, routine support, and creating a fun and engaging environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Pick up the participant from home and safely drop off to school (morning shift)
Pick up from school and transport home (afternoon shift)
Assist with daily routines (no personal care required)
Engage in recreational activities (e.g., playing PlayStation, social interaction)
Provide companionship and build a positive rapport
Ensure the participant’s safety and well-being at all times
What We Offer:

Requirements:
Male support worker (participant preference)
Valid Driver’s License and reliable vehicle
NDIS Worker Screening Check
Working With Children Check (WWCC)
First Aid & CPR Certificate
Experience with physical disability or wheelchair support (preferred)
Skills & Attributes:
Friendly, patient, and reliable
Good communication skills
Ability to engage with young participants
Punctual and responsible
