Job Description
Packing Operations:
Pack gemstone jewelry and handicraft products securely and in accordance with company packing standards.
Ensure that all items are handled with care to prevent damage during storage or transit.
Team Support:
Assist other packing team members as needed to ensure timely completion of daily packing tasks.
Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to address any packing-related concerns.
Quality Assurance:
Inspect packed items to ensure they meet quality standards and are properly sealed.
Report any errors or damages to the Packing Supervisor or Team Lead.
Inventory & Supplies:
Monitor packing materials and ensure an adequate supply of boxes, wraps, and other necessary supplies.
Notify the supervisor if stock levels are low to avoid delays.
Adherence to Processes:
Follow established packing procedures and safety guidelines to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
Assist in maintaining a clean and organized packing workspace.
Coordination:
Work closely with team members and the packing supervisor to align schedules and meet shipping deadlines.
Ensure smooth handover of packed goods to logistics departments for delivery.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
